Paint model for vector line layers.

LineLayerPaint wraps StrokePaint and serializes to Mapbox-style line-* properties in asStyleJSON, including width, color, join/cap, and miter limit. This paint is used by com.xweather.mapsgl.layers.spec.LineLayerDescriptor and is also read by GLES stencil mask ribbon generation when a line layer is used as a mask source.
