rotateWithMap

When true (default, JS parity), icon and text instances rotate to track the map's current bearing. When false, they stay oriented to screen-north regardless of bearing. Shared between icon and text (JS paint.symbol.rotateWithMap). Independent of pitchWithMap — all four combinations are meaningful (e.g. tilts with pitch but stays north-up in rotation).
