Converts a Kotlin style value to a JSON-ready form for Mapbox style payloads and debugging.
Expressions become arrays/objects; Anchor/LineJoin/LineCap become strings; Compose colors become rgba(...); lists and maps are converted recursively. Unrecognized values pass through.
